Kineski restoran Peking, which can be found only 300 m away, was a fast dining option. Honestly nothing bothered me. Private parking was provided to the guests. An easy walk to nikola subic zrinski square...

The hotel Ilica is a charming and lovely little hotel in the hearth of Zagreb. I liked the retro style atmpsphere of the entire premises. Although rather small, a single room, for example, was such a warm nest, with a luxorious bathrooom, so that nothing more and nothing less was needed. Of course, tha paramount was a value for money and extremely friendly staff! Besides, you have a granted parking place for almost nothing in the centre of Zagreb!
Well, little more cleaning would not harm.

In the center of the parking lot, the Turkish-Byzantine style, large rooms, just another missing crew from the TV series Suleiman
half-drunk arrogant boss, frightened staff, dirty glasses, not for recommendation

The location is great, close to city center. The staff is very welcoming and friendly.
The single rooms are tiny. The owner is a weird guy, absolute dictator for his staff. He is also very unpleasant in communication with the guests - has extremely personal and criticizing comments. In spite of very good location and price, I would not choose this hotel again.

We like the location of the hotel ( 15 min from the centre)
The hotel is very noisy. You can hear conversations in the lobby from your room even if it is far away. And if you (future guests) are lucky enough to be welcomed by the hotel owner/manager without being drunk himself then maybe your stay will be better than ours. We gratefully thank to Mr.Davor Vidović for his apologetic Text messege and e-mail but we would not like to be future guests of this hotel.

The main employee was very helpful and cheerful.
There was ants in the rooms and on the tables at breakfast, which was only bread and spread. The owner was a bit obnoxious and the room that we stayed in had so many widows, there was not much privacy.

The hotel was fairly cheap and close to the city center.
The hotel staff was extremely quirky - I never knew when they were joking or being serious. My room had a Western-style brothel feel with rich red drapes, carpet, bedspread, etc. - the purpose of which was to hide the filth, or so it felt. The breakfast was better left alone; it would be best to eat in one of the numerous close cafes.
